ExRx is led by Julie Crowell, an experienced personal trainer with a Master of Arts in Fitness and Human Performance. She will lead you every step of the way on your personal health and fitness journey. 


We provide professional and personal instruction in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging. All designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
